PTI Transcription

To be considered for employment by PTI Transcription, applicants must have two years of recent work experience as a medical transcriptionist or must be a recent graduate of an AHDI-certified transcription program. PTI will consider applicants who have transcription experience in one or more of these areas:

Acute care hospital (H&Ps, Consults, Operative Reports, Discharge Summaries)
Multi-Specialty Clinic or ER (H&Ps, Consults, Procedure Notes, Progress Notes, ED Reports)
Oncology (Consultation Reports/Letters, Progress Notes, Procedure Notes)
Radiology (X-rays, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine reports, CT scans, Mammography)

A high-speed internet connection is required for all medical transcriptionists.
Windows XP or higher with Internet Explorer 7.0 or above.
All PTI transcriptionists must sign and adhere to a Confidentiality Agreement in compliance with current HIPAA regulations.
PTI Transcription is a Drug-Free Workplace.
Background checks may be performed specific to account requirements.
